All services are currently appointment only. Please reach out via Text 919.521.3415. If you call and receive the voicemail I am currently serving another client and value their time in my chair, please leave a message so I can return your call. 

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” No Shows will have to potential of not being able to book again and will need to find another business for their hair cares needs. Zero toleration. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start services. Regardless of the length of the services actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your stylist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
